Interesting news! I have just discovered a short letter from Flake to the gnome Granola. While this does confirm some sort of issue between the two, it has yet to resolve what that is. Also please note Flake nor Granola have their surnames listed in this article, and Flake's surname of "Bacone" is only mentioned in one other random document (a snippet of a news article from The Gnomington Great Leaf).
